I just finished a reread of Richard Christian Matheson's Created By, which will be my next Dead Trees column for Cemetery Dance Online. This morning I started on Outside The Gates of Eden, by Lewis Shiner. This one is a mammoth, near-900 pages. It's shaping up to be a real epic.
Coming up? I want to get to John Little's The Murder of Jesus Christ, Matt Serafini's Ocean Grave, and God only knows what else is lurking in the wings.

I'm switching back and forth between Crouch's Recursion, and Golden's Ararat. Both are excellent so far.

THE WOMAN IN BLACK by Susan Hill THE WOODWITCH by Stephen Gregory DUMA KEY by Stephen King DUMA KEY is on my list. It seemed to fall through the cracks when I used to read King a lot. Jason

Duma Key restored my faith in King at a time when it was sorely flagging.

Duma Key restored my faith in King at a time when it was sorely flagging. I felt the same way at the time, yet I remember virtually nothing about the story now. It did lead me to read 11/22/63, though, which I thoroughly enjoyed (and still remember large parts of).
