What upcoming adaptations are you most looking forward to? For me, it's: -- The Thicket movie, based on the Joe R. Lansdale book, starring Peter Dinklage -- Lovecraft Country series, based on the Matt Ruff book, produced by Jordan Peele and J.J. Abrams

REALLY looking forward to THE THICKET. Loved the book
I really didn't care for Lovecraft Country though

When I was reading LOVECRAFT COUNTRY, I could picture so clearly how it would look as a show/movie. It wasn't my favorite novel (collection?) ever, but I'd love to see it come to life on screen.

Kind of predictable, I suppose, but It Part 2 is a big one for me.
The trailer for the adaptation of We Have Always Lived in the Castle looks good.
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark might be all right.

I can't wait for Godzilla actually. I've liked everything Dougherty has done so far (Trick R Treat, Krampus), plus.....I just like Godzilla

"Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" has me interested because Guillermo del Toro is involved.

I've read some of the Scary Stories to Nettie and Lena, so they are sort of special to us.

The Scary Stories Treasury sits in permanent honor on our coffee table. The boys love telling the stories to their friends at slumber parties!
