Cemetery Dance did a Cancilla novella called Revenant Savior around fifteen year ago. It was highly regarded, and I liked it. Maybe I didn't love the book, but it was all right.
Now CD has given its customers another book from Dominick Cancilla. It's called Tomorrow's Journal. It was published as a deluxe hardcover and a trade paperback. I opted for the paperback, and now I wish I had jumped on the hardcover before they sold out.
I absolutely loved Tomorrow's Journal. It's completely original and absolutely unpredictable. To me it's a bizarre meeting of Philip K. Dick and John Green. Sort of a teen mindfuck.
I won't reveal the book's secrets, but I was blown away.
