Wow, I totally missed the fact that the Horror Drive-In forum returned. I feel somewhat late to the party.
Hi Mark! I've missed this place. I'm glad you decided to give it another go. I hope everything is going well with you and yours. And I hope the same for all the old gang who used to haunt the old Horror Drive-In forum.

AJ! Good to see you here!
I'm afraid this is just a shadow of the old days of message board glory. I try to keep up, but I have so little time these days. It isn't like 15 years ago, when everyone seemed to be online at the boards 24/7.
Still, I hope things go on here and people enjoy it.

Thanks for the welcome back, Mark. It's nice to know that a place like this still exists in this day and age.
It does seem like most of us have less and less time to spend on things like message boards these days. Hell it's hard to just find the time to read, catch up on at least some of the great TV shows ( I know you're not a TV person) out, and catch a movie here and there. So I understand most peoples infrequent visits here. With that being said, I do hope to stop by more often and see some familiar folks trickling back in.
I hope you and all here enjoyed this holiday season. It seemed to fly by even faster than usual this year. And have a Happy New Year bud!

I am also late to the party but it looks like there are still some tortilla chips and salsa. Nice.

Dos Equis! Classy. Hey is anybody watching Creepshow on Shudder? I saw an interview with Greg Nicotero on YouTube. He mentioned John Skipp! Anybody know what episode that is?

I, too, was surprised at its unexpected return, but suffice to say I am thrilled.Yes, the place may not be as busy but I sill get a kick out of re-visiting it. Welcome back, BTW.

I'm glad to be back too, but it will be in a much more limited capacity than in previous days. I don't have the time, for one thing, and for another, I am balancing my life out better than in days gone by.

Hey I just heard back from John Skipp on Facebook and HE DOES IN FACT HAVE AN EPISODE ON CREEPSHOW (emphasis in JS style) and it is called "Times is Tough in Musky Holler." Co-written with Dori Miller, he says. Available on Shudder and they still offer a seven-day trial period so you can see if you like the channel for free.
Not paid to promote John Skipp but I like his writing style and will check out the new Creepshow and look for his episode.
Oh yeah, and MARK, we are all glad you are gathering us all together once again like little weird neighborhood children who used to hang out at the streetlight and play kick the can.
