You guys remember the writer Lee Thompson? He was really big with DarkFuse when it was still producing titles. I liked his work and liked him as a person (we kind of got our start together back in the Sideshow Press days), but he just seems to have disappeared. He stopped publishing, his social media hasn't been updated in two years. Just wondered if anyone knew what became of Lee.

Yeah, it seemed like he was on the way up, and then nothing. I guess maybe the fall of Dark Fuse killed his motivation?
Sadly, I've seen it happen quite a few times over the years. People get started, often with a lot of promise, then fade out.

I really thought he was ready to take off to the next level when he went off grid. We used to exchange emails, then... nothing. At this point, I'd just like to know if he's okay.

Yeah, me too. When we were both started out, we exchanged a lot of emails and even gave each other critiques of unpublished work. Here's hoping wherever he is, whatever he's doing, he's happy.

Man, I've lost touch with just about everyone over the past 2-3 years. I'm not sure what happened, unless it is due to computer/internet overuse for a decade or so. I almost faded away too. It feels good to get back into the swing of things.

You should start a thread "What Ever Happened to..."
