The Big Book of Blasphemy is a new anthology from Necro Publications. It was edited by David Barnett and Regina Garza Mitchell.
Shock for shock's sake isn't much of my thing these days, and I hope the stories in The Big Book of Blasphemy are more than that. Seeing the author list suggests that it is.
I had not heard a thing from Regina Mitchell in ages. I believe that I first encountered her at the old Cabinet of Dr. Casey forum. That's where I met people like Deena Warner and Brad Gullickson.
Necro is sending me a review copy of The Big Book of Blasphemy. I am mostly a novel reader, but I do like short stories. This is a book I will carry to work with me. I leave extra early to beat the traffic and I generally have at least a half an hour to kill in the parking lot.

Let me know what you think! Matt has a story in there.

I read the first few chapters of some stories...not Matt's. This isn't my thing. The stories seem infantile and boorish to me. I'm no longer interested in writers trying to shock.
